The development is an adaptive re-use of existing abandoned building and convert it into a neoclassical design concept bungalow. Neoclassical architecture was based on the principles of simplicity, symmetry, and mathematics, which were seen as virtues of the arts in Ancient Greece and Rome. Nvrt design were involved in facade design and architectural visualization.
