The brief

An integrated industrial park where scale, clarity, and commercial ambition meet in a single frame.

Sikamat Industrial Park is a large-scale industrial and commercial township in Negeri Sembilan, developed by GD Properties. The masterplan spans warehousing clusters, light industrial units, and a shopfront commercial precinct — all set within a meticulously planned road and green buffer network.

The visual brief required two perspectives that together tell the full story: a sweeping golden-hour aerial establishing the park's scale and masterplan relationship to the surrounding landscape, and a ground-level facade study of the semi-detached industrial units — capturing the architectural character, copper-toned cladding, and operational energy of the development.

Art direction
Sunset amber for the aerial — warm light raking across the entire site mass to communicate scale and density. Ground-level facade under a clear blue sky to keep the architecture crisp and readable. Industrial workers and cyclists populate the streetscape, grounding the render in operational reality.
