Seraya Business Avenue is a low-rise mixed-use commercial development designed to serve as the social and retail heart of the surrounding township. The brief called for a destination that feels active and welcoming — warm brick facades, open-plan retail frontages, and a communal garden zone that draws families in after hours.
Our visual scope spanned the full site: a golden-hour aerial to establish scale and context, a ground-level facade study showing the anchor retail unit at dusk, and an evening lifestyle scene capturing the garden court animated with string lights, a playground, and community footfall.
