Scientex Jasmine in Penang is a thoughtfully designed landed residential development that balances modern architecture with lush landscaping. The vision was a streetscape that feels both aspirational and welcoming — where clean white facades, generous greenery, and human-scaled spaces work in harmony.
Our visual scope centred on capturing the full character of the development: the façade row, the landscaped foreground with flowering gardens, and the relaxed outdoor living mood — communicating community, space, and lifestyle to prospective homeowners.
Art direction
