Landed Residential Township
KSL Azalea Heights
Johor, Malaysia · KSL Holdings Bhd.
The brief
A township with soul — where terrace rows, a lakeside mosque, and golden light define a place worth living in.
KSL Azalea Heights is an established landed residential township in Johor, developed by KSL Holdings. The masterplan centres on a signature lakeside mosque flanked by tree-lined residential clusters, creating a development that reads as a true community rather than a housing estate.
Our visual campaign required two complementary perspectives: a sweeping dusk aerial that captures the full township layout — the lake, the mosque, the terrace rows and surrounding greenery at golden hour — and a ground-level facade render that shows the architecture's refined contemporary detail, wet-road reflections adding atmosphere to the dusk streetscape.
Art direction
Warm amber sunset saturating the aerial — the mosque dome and lake surface catch the last light, unifying the entire masterplan visually. At ground level, a post-rain blue-hour atmosphere with wet reflections lends the facade render a premium, cinematic quality that elevates the residential product.
